Who These Guidelines Apply To
All visitors and players of GreatLakeRush are expected to follow these guidelines. This includes interactions in any current or future community features such as leaderboards, comment sections, forums, or social sharing functions.
What We Encourage
Respectful Communication
Speak to other players the way you'd want to be spoken to. Constructive discussion, friendly competition, and genuine encouragement are the cornerstones of our community. Disagreements are natural — personal attacks are not.
Sharing Knowledge
Share strategies, tips, and game insights openly. This is an entertainment platform where skill development and curiosity are valued. Players who help others learn make the whole community stronger.
Responsible Play Conversations
We actively encourage members to discuss healthy gaming habits. If a fellow player mentions needing a break, or expresses concern about their habits, please respond with empathy and point them toward our Responsible Gaming resources.
Celebrating Others
When another player hits a milestone — their first blackjack, a long spin streak, or a leaderboard first — celebrate with them. Positive reinforcement is what makes a community feel like a community.
What Is Not Permitted
Harassment and Bullying
Any form of harassment, intimidation, or targeted unkindness toward other players will result in immediate removal from community features. This includes repeated unwanted contact, mockery of play styles, and language designed to humiliate.
Hate Speech and Discrimination
Content that demeans or targets individuals based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited and will be permanently actioned.
Impersonation
Do not impersonate GreatLakeRush staff, other players, or public figures. This includes using similar usernames or profile images with deceptive intent.
Spam and Unsolicited Promotion
Repeated posting of the same content, unsolicited advertisements, affiliate links, or promotional material for third-party services is not permitted.
Exploiting or Cheating
Attempting to exploit game mechanics, manipulate localStorage data to gain unfair coin advantages, or distribute tools that assist others in doing so violates these guidelines and our Terms of Service.
Encouraging Harmful Behaviour
Do not encourage other players to spend excessive time gaming, mock those who take breaks, or minimize concerns about gaming habits. GreatLakeRush takes player wellbeing seriously.
Content Standards
Any content shared within GreatLakeRush community spaces must be appropriate for a general adult audience. Content that is sexually explicit, graphically violent, or otherwise offensive will be removed. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this standard.
Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines will be addressed at the discretion of the GreatLakeRush moderation team. Actions may range from content removal to temporary suspension or permanent ban from community features, depending on the severity and frequency of violations.
We aim to be fair, consistent, and transparent in enforcement. If you believe a moderation action was made in error, you may submit a review request through our Help Center.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it through the Help Center. Include as much context as possible. We take all reports seriously and review each one with care.
