1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GreatLakeRush.com (the "Platform"), operated by GreatLakeRush Entertainment. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.

2. Nature of the Platform

GreatLakeRush is a free-to-play social entertainment platform. All games offered on the Platform are for entertainment purposes only. The Platform does not constitute gambling, and no real money is involved in any aspect of its operation.

2.1 Virtual Coins

All in-game currency on GreatLakeRush consists of virtual coins ("Virtual Coins"). Virtual Coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes, cannot be purchased, and cannot be transferred between users. They exist solely as a mechanic to facilitate gameplay.

2.2 No Financial Transactions

GreatLakeRush does not accept payments, process financial transactions, or offer any form of monetary reward. Any perceived similarity to gambling mechanics is purely aesthetic and does not constitute gambling under any applicable law.

3. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use GreatLakeRush. By confirming the age verification prompt, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to access or use the Platform, and you must exit immediately.

4. Permitted Use

You may use GreatLakeRush for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, or exploit game mechanics
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to manipulate game outcomes or coin balances
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or other users' experience
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your age or identity
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content on GreatLakeRush, including but not limited to game designs, graphics, text, animations, and the overall user interface, is the intellectual property of GreatLakeRush Entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without explicit written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

GreatLakeRush is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GreatLakeRush Entertainment and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. GreatLakeRush does not collect personal data from users. Game progress is stored locally on your device.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
